Return Timeframe

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.


Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition

  • Be returned with original packaging and all included accessories

  • Be accompanied by valid proof of purchase

Returned items that show signs of use, damage caused by misuse, or missing components may not be eligible for a refund.


How to Request a Return

  • Your order number

  • The reason for the return

  • Photos or videos (if the item is damaged or defective)

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.


Before Shipment (Order Cancellation)

Orders may be canceled before shipment.
If the order has already been dispatched, you will need to wait until delivery before requesting a return.


After Receiving the Product

  • Quality-related issues (defective, damaged, or incorrect items):
    We will offer appropriate solutions, which may include replacement parts, a replacement item, or a refund. Return shipping costs will be covered where applicable.

  • Non-quality-related returns (change of mind, ordering error, etc.):
    The customer is responsible for return shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Digital products or downloadable content


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to receive a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order after the return is approved.


European Union Customers – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.

Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable taxes.


Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that banks or payment providers may require additional time to process the refund.
